TABit Terms and Conditions

1.⁠ ⁠Introduction Welcome to TABit.

By using our application and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

2.⁠ ⁠Definitions

"TABit" refers to the mobile application, website, and related services.

"User" refers to both personal and business users who have created an account with TABit.

"Subscription" refers to a recurring fee paid by users for access to premium features.

"Service" refers to the functionality provided by TABit, including receipt storage, organization, and analysis.

3.⁠ ⁠Eligibility

TABit services are available to all users who agree to these Terms and Conditions, regardless of age. If you are under the age of 16, you must have parental or guardian consent to use the service.

4.⁠ ⁠Subscription Plans
4.1 Personal Users

Free Plan: Basic access to receipt storage and organization.

Premium Plan: £4.99/month or £49.99/year, providing access to smart budgeting tools, advanced search filters, multi-device sync, and customer support priority.

4.2 Business Users

Business Lite: £19.99/month, allowing up to 5 users with shared access and team budget tracking.

Business Pro: £49.99/month, allowing up to 25 users, customized analytics reports, integration with accounting software, and premium support.

Enterprise: Custom pricing available for large businesses requiring more than 25 users.

5.⁠ ⁠Payment Terms

Payments are collected via the App Store, Google Play, or direct card payment through our website.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.

6.⁠ ⁠Cancellation and Refund Policy
6.1 Cancellation

Users may cancel their subscription at any time through their account settings.

Cancellation prevents future billing but does not retroactively refund previous charges.

6.2 Refund Policy

Personal Users: Refunds are only provided if a user cancels within 14 days of initial subscription under UK consumer law (Cooling-off Period).

Business Users: Refunds are not provided after service activation. Business users may request cancellation, effective at the end of the billing cycle.

TABit reserves the right to approve or decline refund requests at its sole discretion.

7.⁠ ⁠Use of Service

Users agree not to misuse the service or use it for illegal activities. TABit reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts found to be in violation of these terms.
